First Day at the New Gym

Today I started my new gym and I have to say my legs are feeling like jellllyyy after that treadmill workout I did. I really wanted to do more but I didn’t want to push too much on the first day. I’m going to try to document my workouts for better accountability to myself so I’ll continue. I really can’t wait for spring so I can get back to running. It’s just way too cold out there for me right now!!
